1. The User, acting freely, voluntarily and in their own interest and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives Individual Entrepreneur VIKTOR KOVYRZIN, Identification Number 304787354 (hereinafter, the “Controller”), consent to receive informational and advertising communications (hereinafter, the “Consent”).
2. This Consent is accepted by the User by actively ticking the checkbox next to the text confirming consent to receive communications in an online form and clicking the “Submit Application”, “Buy”, “Reserve a Place” button or another button with a similar functional purpose on the Controller’s Internet resource https://somaladenie.com (including any of their subdomains and/or pages), as well as the chatbot https://t.me/viktorladanie_bot (collectively, the “Website”).
3. The Consent is granted for the receipt of communications from the Controller by:
– email;
– SMS messages;
– messages in messengers;
– telephone calls.
4. This Consent is valid for 5 (five) years unless withdrawn earlier by the User. The User has the right to withdraw this Consent at any time, without giving any reason and without any fee or other restriction, by:
– using the unsubscribe link contained in a communication, where such a link is available;
– sending a withdrawal notice to the Controller at v.kovyrzin72@gmail.com;
– using another simple and available method offered by the Controller in the same communication channel through which the direct marketing is carried out.
The Controller shall terminate the processing of the User’s personal data for direct marketing purposes within a reasonable period after receiving the withdrawal request, but no later than 7 (seven) working days.
5. Withdrawal of the Consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the Controller receives the withdrawal request.

2. Принятием (акцептом) настоящего Согласия является совершение Пользователем активного действия — проставление отметки («галочки») в чекбоксе рядом с текстом о согласии на получение рассылок в онлайн-форме и нажатие кнопки «Оставить заявку», «Купить», «Забронировать место» либо иной аналогичной по функциональному назначению кнопки, размещенной на интернет-ресурсе Оператора https://neurosomatic.online или https://somaladenie.com или на любом его поддомене и/или странице, а также чат-бота https://t.me/viktorladanie_bot (далее совместно - Сайт).
3. Согласие предоставляется на получение рассылок от Оператора посредством:
– электронной почты;
– SMS-сообщений;
– сообщений в мессенджерах;
– телефонных звонков.
4. Настоящее Согласие действует в течение 5 (пяти) лет, если не будет отозвано Пользователем ранее. Пользователь вправе в любое время отозвать настоящее Согласие без объяснения причин, без взимания платы и иных ограничений путем:
– перехода по ссылке для отписки, содержащейся в рассылке, если такая ссылка предусмотрена;
– направления уведомления об отзыве Оператору по адресу электронной почты https://neurosomatic.online;
– использования иного простого и доступного способа отказа, предложенного Оператором в том же канале связи, посредством которого осуществляется прямая рассылка.
Оператор прекращает обработку персональных данных Пользователя для целей прямого маркетинга в разумный срок после получения требования об отзыве Согласия, но не позднее 7 (семи) рабочих дней.
5. Отзыв Согласия не влияет на законность обработки персональных данных, осуществленной до момента получения Оператором требования об отзыве.
